Woodeedoo Decking Oil | Matt Finish
Woodeedoo decking oil protects, nourishes, and enhances the surface of all softwood and hardwood decking. It is based on a unique technology of pressure combining of two natural tung and linseed oils, thanks to which we obtain an exceptionally durable transparent coating. The oil penetrates deep into the wood, creating a durable coating that protects against moisture, dirt, weather conditions, excessive drying and cracking. Wood coated with oil does not flake; breathe freely, reducing swelling and shrinkage. Enhances the natural character of the wood.
A perfect sealer for previously treated surfaces with water-based wood stain/dye.
Coverage: 10-12 sqm per litre (one coat); efficiency depends on the type of wood and the application method.

How to use:
• Shake well before use. Do not dilute.
• Ensure the wooden surfaces are clean, dry, dust and resins-free. It is best to apply on wood without previous primers. Previous coats of paint or varnish must be removed back to bare wood.
• The temperature of the substrate, environment and coloured elements during the work should be between +5 ºC and +25 ºC.
• The oil should be applied in thin layers with a brush, roller or cotton cloth, rubbing the preparation evenly along the wood grain over the largest possible surface. Wipe off any excess with a clean, lint-free cloth.
• Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before applying more oil. Two or three coats are recommended, more in exposed areas.
