What do we mean by naming our boxes ‘Small’ or ‘Large’?
All our box dimensions are provided in centimeters. We recommend that you double check the measurements of the box you are ordering to guarantee purchase satisfaction. Below you will find the basic size guide for our wooden boxes. The cm stated relates to the length, which we class as the longest side of the box. Objectively, when looking at the box from straight on, this could be thought of as the width - however, for us, the length is always considered as the longest side of the item.
Extra Large Boxes - the length is more than 50cm.
Large Boxes - the length is between 30cm - 50cm.
Medium Boxes - the length is between 20cm - 30cm.
Small Boxes - the length is between 10cm - 20cm.
Extra Small Boxes - the length is less than 10cm.

How precise are the dimensions?
A number of our items are handmade or with limited use of machinery. We try to be as accurate as possible, but please allow some discrepancies. For small items measurements may vary by up to 5 mm either way, for larger boxes it may be up to 10 mm.

Are the colours I see on my screen accurate?
The colours of our wooden items do vary by their very nature. Your monitor, graphics card and lighting may also alter the colours a bit. We do our best but we can't guarantee an exact match.

I have a product query – how do I get in touch?
There are a number of ways to reach us if you have a product query. First thing to do would be to have a look at the product description and specification on each product page. The easiest way to reach us is through our chat option on the website or by dropping us an email at [email protected].

Do you offer a click & collect service?
We do not offer a click & collect service at this time, but we working on it.

Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes, you can choose to change the delivery address during the checkout process. This is especially helpful if you know you are not going to be at home to sign for the delivery, then you can specify an alternative address.

What if I need help with my order, can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders or payments over the phone at this time, but if you have a product query please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Can I add a Gift Message to my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer adding Gift Message at this time, but we working on it.

Do you have a showroom?
We operate as an online seller only and do not have a showroom.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Except our warehouse we also use number of external fulfilment service providers and for this reason we are unable to offer collection form our premises at this time.

Can I order an item that is temporarily out of stock?
No, if something is temporarily out of stock it cannot be ordered, as we do not take payment for items we do not have in stock in our warehouse. If products are out of stock, the Product Page will give the option to "Notify Me", meaning that as soon as the goods are back in stock and available to be purchased, an email is automatically sent immediately to inform you of this fact.

Accepted Cards & Payment Information
Our Payment process is operated through Card Privider TBA via a secure server. You can check this by looking for the closed padlock at the bottom of your browser window at the payment stage. All card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to Card Privider TBA for authorization. No credit card information is stored on the Woodeedoo server at any time.
