We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items or that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty.
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit. Please insert our original receipt or transaction number to allow us to allocate your order correctly. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected this cost will be deducted directly from your refund. If the goods have been used we have the right to make a deduction for the loss of value.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications
- bespoke size boxes
- stained boxes and other dyed wood items
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement or a refund. Simply report a damaged by contacting our Customer Service Team. You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your items are dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting us via phone or email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes to or cancellations of orders once the order has been dispatched.
