Welcome to Woodeedoo! These Terms & Conditions of Sale set out the agreement between you (the “Customer”, “you”) and Search Box Ltd (trading as Woodeedoo) (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase goods or services through our website www.woodeedoo.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

We design, manufacture and sell unfinished and decorative wooden products, including storage boxes, trays, crates and accessories. Some products may include optional services such as wood staining, varnishing, or gift wrapping.

2. Ordering and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order will be accepted, and a contract formed, only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if the product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or there is another issue with fulfilment. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Orders placed by trade or business customers (B2B) are also subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout, which may include debit or credit card, PayPal, Stripe, BACS transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. For bespoke or personalised orders, production begins only once full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated times are displayed during checkout and depend on the delivery option selected.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, though this may vary depending on product availability or if the order includes additional services such as staining or varnishing.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Right to Cancel

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund, provided that the product:

• is unused and in its original condition,

• includes all packaging and accessories,

• and has not been customised or personalised.

You must notify us by email before returning any items.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

This extended 30-day return period exceeds the standard 14-day statutory period provided by UK consumer law.

6. Personalised and Custom-Stained Products

Items which have been customised, stained, varnished, painted, engraved or otherwise modified at your request are excluded from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once production of a customised order has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

This does not affect your statutory rights in cases where goods are faulty or not as described.

7. Faulty Goods and Liability

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.

We will offer either a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

We are not liable for defects resulting from misuse, improper storage, modification, or normal wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website.

8. Gift Wrapping and Supplementary Services

Gift wrapping, personalised gift cards, or handwritten notes are considered supplementary services.

If you cancel your order after these services have been completed, the cost of the wrapping or personalisation may be deducted from your refund.

9. Intellectual Property and Website Content

All text, images, product descriptions, and other materials displayed on the Woodeedoo website are the property of Search Box Ltd (t/a Woodeedoo) or its licensors.

You may view and print content for personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any website content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any customer comments or user-generated content posted on our website that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.

10. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such external sites. Use of these links is at your own risk.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, transport disruption, or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
