Woodeedoo is based in the United Kingdom and currently ships to selected international destinations.
Delivery availability and shipping rates can be checked directly at checkout once your country is selected.

This page explains how VAT, customs duties, and import taxes apply to international orders.
By placing an order with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Important Information About Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are not charged UK VAT.
However, local customs authorities may apply import VAT, duties, or handling fees once the goods arrive in your country.
These fees are collected by the courier or postal service and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Woodeedoo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Shipments may be opened or inspected by customs officials in the destination country.

If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid customs or import fees,
the parcel will return to us and only the value of the goods will be refunded —

Europe (including Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Montenegro)

Orders delivered to any European country, including Iceland, Switzerland, and Montenegro, are not charged UK VAT.
Local VAT and customs duties may be charged according to each country’s import regulations.
These fees are typically collected by the courier or local postal service before delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days.

United States & Canada

Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped tax-free (0% VAT).
Import duties or state taxes may be charged upon entry by your local customs office or courier (such as UPS, USPS, or Royal Mail/Canada Post).
You may receive a payment request before delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days.

Australia & New Zealand

Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand are not charged UK VAT.
Local authorities may apply GST (Goods and Services Tax) and import processing fees.
These costs are collected by the courier or customs office and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days.

Large or Bulky Items

Please note that certain large or heavy products — such as oversized wooden boxes, large storage chests, or multi-tier units — are not available for international delivery due to high courier costs and a greater risk of damage during transit.

These items can currently only be shipped within the United Kingdom.
If an international order includes a large product, it may need to be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.
